Our mission: Empowering individuals with kidney disease in underserved communities to take control of their health journey, through education, counseling, and personalized support.
The Vision: Slow kidney disease progression, and spread kidney health awareness to the masses.
Education
Our partnerships with professionals in the healthcare industry enable us to provide material from reliable resources ensuring we are aligned with industry standards.
Personalized support
Through experience, we have developed a peer-to-peer mentorship program that gives our mentees a sense of empathy that they are not alone.
Counseling
Having the right mindset is a great start to taking control of your overall health. Our mind care counseling partners provide professional assistance with mental health.

Programs & Initiatives

Mentorship Program
This core program is a vital part of our organization's mission. Peer-to-peer mentorship fosters a collaborative learning experience where both participants provide assistance, share knowledge, and offer support.

GIPF Caregiver Connect Initiative (CCI)
Being a caregiver can be overwhelming, just as kidney patients need support, caregivers also require assistance and encouragement. This initiative offers valuable tips and a safe space for caregivers facing challenges in specific areas.

Kidney Health Awareness &
Preventative Care Initiatives
This initiative is part of our educational programs and workshops, aimed at raising awareness about kidney disease, its risk factors, and preventative care for non-patients.

Kidney Evaluation &Transplant Support
Kidney patients seeking a transplant will receive support from transplant recipients throughout the evaluation process and post-surgery recovery.
